How the fuck do you even tariff a movie in the first place? You don't buy a "movie". You buy a movie ticket, or a DVD, or watch it on streaming. Where is the tariff actually happening? Are there going to be a bunch of ICE agents outside every movie theater? Do I pay a tariff every time I watch a Naruto movie on Netflix? What if a movie is mostly made in America but has a scene in Hong Kong? Are the Lord of the Rings films getting tariffed because they were filmed in New Zealand?
