I don't think it would happen but it would be epic if it turns out this entire time we've been following a history altered by a potential main character having their name eaten, and their name returning will recontextualise many events in the story.

I'm pretty sure Shaula confirmed that Flugel was a human, and he lived 400 years ago, long before the Gluttony Trio inherited their Witch Factor.
We don't know what Daphne's Authority was, but I consider it highly unlikely that she could eat names and memories, taking into account that Echidna doesn't know how to get Rem's name back in Greed IF.
So unless Roy/Lye/Rui ate Flugel's name from his corpse/Book of the Death, Flugel having his name eaten shouldn't be possible.

That’s only the case for Pete, Sirius, and Regulus. The gluttonies are actual children who are just skilled from eating a shit ton of people, and if Capella is who she says she is then she’s only been around about 60+ years.
Q: How often do archbishops get replaced over time? Petelgeuse seems to have been serving a long time, Regulus and Sirius seem to have been there since at least a hundred years ago… Have the rest of them also been alive for over a century? Really, the average age is pretty high in this old folks club.
A: They’re replaced if they die. Sometimes positions are left empty for a while as well; Gluttony’s seat was vacant for a long time, for example. Petelgeuse has been there pretty much from the start, so the rest have changed frequently while they’ve been bothering the world. Some have died of old age, but Petelgeuse, Regulus, and Sirius are special. Their long lives are related to their authorities.
Petelgeuses long life isnt related to his authoirty though...its because hes a spirit. Sirius is an elf, so she is naturally long lived. Its only Regulus who did from his authority.

Yeah Tappei fucked up with this Q&A. Pete’s immortality is because of the body hopping. In the novels Regulus even brings up Pete’s spares and how annoying it is to have to paste someone over and over before preparing to crush his head.
