Yeah, I think that's going to happen. I think the final battle is actually going to be Hitogami summoning the souls of a bunch of his past (deceased) disciples, one of which is Rudeus. Hitogami said he can control more than three people at once, but he also said he can't look away from his own future. Once everyone teleports into the void world to kill him, Hitogami doesn't need to look at his own future anymore because he already sees himself losing, so he'll throw the limiters off and just summon dozens of people all throughout history, some of them probably from before Orsted even reincarnated like Urupen or some shit.

Even within the Ogre God Empire, there were very few people who could actually recognize Henry as a person.

But the Superd tribe, with their Third Eye, perceived the world differently than others.

Lucielia was one of the rare individuals who could remember Henry’s true face.

Conversely, despite Lucielia’s formidable combat abilities and exceptional special powers as a member of the Superd, she also inherited her father’s stubbornness and her mother’s scatterbrained nature. That made it difficult to find someone who could work well with her.

One thing you could do is playing the north god, but not mentioning that he's the north god (this reveal can come in the anime), and play how he goes around saving people, slaughtering behemoths, getting more arrogant, killing the theocratic ruler of the neighboring land of the Asuran Kingdom, causing the centuries of bloodshed and civil war in the conflict zone, and have him learn how to be more responsible with his superpowers, instead of being a gung-ho arrogant jerk who thinks he's hot shit just because he has the strongest sword in the world.

At least, that's what I would do if I were a producer who wants to do a tie-in game for MT.

Not gonna lie, this would be an amazing final battle thematically. Like the inverse of when games like Metroid Prime start you off with all of your endgame abilities that you slowly work up to over the course of the game, the game ends with the final boss being a generic fodder enemy who got his hands on your sword and has all of the abilities you build up over the course of the game, while you have nothing but a stick you find on the ground and what you started the game with.
