humans are all connected via some supernatural bullshit, said supernatural bullshit goes wrong because woman and makes it so dead people come back via it to physical world as monsters and if said monster touches a real human it makes a nuke. After most of civilization has been destroyed and human settlements reduced to mostly underground small bases the guy from walking dead reluctantly works to connect them. All modern technology also uses that supernatural shit to work and some other schizos want to abuse it to destroy civilization completely. Guy from walking dead and other "couriers" use semi-dead babies to percieve the supernatural shit. Eventually guy from walking dead gets over his phobia of connections and forms a bond with the baby and other settlers, while the supernatural threat is temporarly subdued.

Its unironically a kino game, low attention span zoomers branded it as a walking sim.

Seeing an anime be less heavy handed and more nuanced than Kojima will be hilarious, if nothing else.

I couldn't get into the game but The overall story of Death Stranding is interesting and good, as long as the animation is good then it should be a solid watch.

Most of the hate DS gets is because of the backlash and rage from MGS5 being somewhat of a let down.

It has a reputation of being confusing, even though you have to be a total fucking midwit to not understand the plot and themes of the game due to (my biggest critic of the game) it explaining EVERYTHING to you three or four times.

Aria sucked as do most iyashikeis, that entire genre is the definition of forced soul. Ecchi comedies capture that soothing feelgood vibe way better than any soulsucking CGDCT, and stuff like Kino’s Journey/Ergo Proxy do melancholy atmosphere way better than mushishi or texh

Strange post. I don't disagree with your take on Aria, as I've always found it really cheesy, and the author does force emotions on you in similar fashion in basically all her works. But it seems like you've somehow extrapolated that to apply to entire "genre", especially considering the rest of the shows you mention are just jumbled from anime recommendations 2008 list and offer really little commentary to iyashikei. This is also the first time in years I've seen someone unironically mount praise for Ergo Proxy lmao.
