Chiyu's civ design was pretty sexy as far as blues go.
I did like her arc around the middle... in those two episodes they introduce a rival for her high-jump. But the arc both starts and ends kinda weak, it certainly has the weirdest ending of a blue Cure arc, it's like a straight up bad lesson for little girls.

I love wanpre, it's fun, unique (for it's franchise) and has charming characters I say it's biggest issue was focusing on buildup over stuff actually happening.
Idol is more consistent but it's also nothing really groundbreaking, it's the textbook definition of a solid Precure season. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the cast: Uta is fine, Nana is whatever, Purirun is cute and funny but I'm still not fully buying her character development yet. Kokoro, Meroron and Cutty are great in my opinion.

Mana was a super active MC that made you laugh, her draining most of the focus isn't obvious until way later in the show.
Mikoto through a sense of progression and drama... I'm a sucker for heroes that start gray (not quite villains, but fighting for their own reason) but gradually are win over by the MCs, in Precure you have few examples but it's very present in tokusatsu for example. Now obviously her plot thread suffers quite a bit over the long run, but the idea by itself in cour 1 was fine and created intrigue.
Alice's intro was so good that it got referenced in other otaku-slot anime, I forgot which one but I remember people posting screenshots.

I saved Fresh for last. I thought it was good but it wasn't one of my favorites.

imo I think there's a "maximum high" that you can get from gigantic franchises like Precure, Kamen Rider, Gundam, etc.
The journey kinda peaks around the 60%-80% mark, after that even if you watch a genuinely top-tier show, you'll already be too used to structure, tropes, etc that it can work (and most likely WILL work), but it lacks that novelty spice in the mix.
Doesn't mean you stop liking the franchise, doesn't mean the journey wasn't worth it, but it can be hard to replicate that high of your peak engagement.

This is why I'm always exploring new franchises.
